Data you submit through the contact form
When you use our contact form we process: name, email address, optionally company, category of request, subject, message text, optionally a payment reference, plus, to prevent abuse, the IP address, user agent and submission timestamp. The legal basis is handling your enquiry (pre-contractual request / legitimate interest).
Retention
Submissions are kept for as long as needed to handle your case and any follow-up questions, typically up to 24 months, then deleted or anonymised.
Cookies
We only set one strictly necessary session cookie used to prevent form-tampering attacks (CSRF protection). No analytics or advertising cookies are used.
